Need quick help modifying a custom rom for the OEMS I want.

I'd like to use Titanreloaded 1.3.4. but I want to change some of the programs being installed.

I'm not sure how to put the 1.3.4. kitchen into buildOS, I'm sure it needs some sort of conversion, or do I just add the each thing separately.
