I've been flashing for quite some time now. I noticed the two task managers as I was making my list out. I have left programs out that I thought might conflict which each other from past experiences. I let the phone sit there for over an hour so I know it's not just sitting there processing. I'll try more and see what happens. If I can't figure it out I guess I'm gonna try the 21018 ROM.

Hey Ryan I am stuck on the splash screen from your first build and can't get out. I downloaded the new kitchen you dev. but activesync can't recognize phone for me to continue in RUU.

What can I do? Suggestions? NO SD card at the moment either.....

I am sorry if some people got messed up, i tried but failed. Here is how to get out of the jam. Put your phone in bootloader before connecting to computer. power + camera + reset should go to 3 color screen, then plug it into computer and use someone elses RUU to update your old rom back on, or even another custom one, you can use the kitchen RUU to flash a ROM too, in the RUU folder delete RUU_Signed.nbh and paste one that you downloaded that works, like titan reloaded 1.3.4 w/o the kitchen. here is a link

Tosh1: not sure if you got it fixed yet, but I was in the same boat. I entered bootloader. camera+power and reset. Connect to usb and run another ROM. I used ppckitchen and re-installed a different ROM. Goodluck

I just did the ppckitchen and made my own again...

If I am with Metro should I just run this then edit the cricket stuff to metro?

Here man these are instructions the best I could find for Metro PCS try it out, just back up your registry and such so you can go back. My CAB's are uninstallable as well.

Here is actually an updated version of my Cab pack that has a couple fixes mainly TCPMP was having uninstall problems but I got that sorted out.

RyanMogulsUpdatedCABPACK, please re-download

1: Install the fresh rom you cooked and install my CricketWapArcsoft.cab and soft reset like it asks you.

2. Install Metro PCS DCD Carrier Cab you can search for that you will find it. Soft reset.

3. Open your Internet explorer and a prompt should come up(if it doesnt try navigating to a real webpage"yahoo.com etc..) telling you what to type in, just make sure to save password before exiting.

4. Go to your phones start bar and settings, connections tab, connections settings. Now look for the advanced tab and click select networks. Pick both networks to be Metro PCS or whatever your connection is called "if cricket is in there dont pick it, if there is nothing referring to metro pcs then select MY ISP and click ok to finish

5: Open your Messaging and click on the SMS/MMS option.

6: Click on "Menu" and select "MMS Options" then select the "Servers" tab.

7: Edit the Cricket server with the following settings if its not there and Metro PCS is then edit that:

Server Name: metropcs
Gateway: wap.metropcs.net
Port number: 3128
Server address: http://mms.metropcs.net:3128/mmsc
Connect via: SELECT EITHER THE CONNECTION YOU SETUP ABOVE OR "The internet"
Send limit: (399k if the selection is available if not select-> 1000K) just remember you cant exceed 399k (metro pcs sending limit) or it will error out sending or not be recieved, 1000k is the value for cricket.

8: Click "Done" and then set the server as default.

9: Using a Registry Editor edit the following values:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader]

DELETE KEY -> "X-CRICKET-MDN" If it is in there, if not make sure these keys below are in there
ADD STRING -> "X-metropcs-MDN"="XXXXXXXXXX" ( Insert your 10 digit phone Number )
ADD STRING -> "X-DEVICE-MIN"="1XXXXXXXXXX" ( Insert your 10 digit phone Number WITH the 1 in front of it )
You may also have to look up what the ACCEPT value is supposed to be set at or look at your phones registry before installing my Arcsoft for cricket cab.

Now soft reset and give her a try.

Its all up to you if you want to use my cabs, it says it is meant for cricket do what you want with this tutorial but I think you can get it working.
