Ringer volume on XV6800

I've got a problem with setting the ringer volume. I can adjust it from the screen, but when I test call the phone, the ringer volume is below what I set it at. Any ideas!

Re: Ringer volume on XV6800

Have you tried to make a test ringer and use something like WavePad to amplify the ringtone and then call test it?

No, not sure how to do that. Also the phone has Ringo on it, if that may give you more of an idea as to what might be wrong.

Re: Ringer volume on XV6800

I know some people have had issues with Ringo. Have you tried to uninstall it, soft reset and then try your ringers again?
