Help: Ppc Kitchen Not Updating!!

having problems with the update on the ppc kitchen program. i installed it i got to update pick my phone. well wheneever its updating it gets to like ppckitchen.rar i think or something like that about 12 or 13 percent through the error and says error. i hit more it says that whatever is being updated is not available or either in use. i dont get it. did it to me last night. i uninstalled. turned computer off and reinstalled. still same thing. im running xp btw. please help!!
