Yes. Unlock, flash gps radio, then flash gps custom rom.

I tried this before I posted. The phone will not allow me to install the earlier ROM. I can only re-install the ROM in the MR1 update or custom ROM. I get a message telling me that the ROM cannot be installed on this phone.

Well then you did do something wrong because it has worked for everyone else. I assume you mean the post about reverting back to nongps stock. Where does it hang on those steps. I cant help if I don't have more details about you setup and procedure.

I won't forget.

I was stuck at the Verizon flash screen after the radio flash.

I tried pulling the battery, hard resetting, pulling the battery, and reflashing the 3.42.50 Radio - I used the sdcard for the radio flash. I'm still stuck at the Verizon flash screen at bootup.

I flashed the Nuerom 201M via the RUU loader, which I thought that I wouldn't have to use again. I like flashing from the sd card.

So, now I'm in the process of restoring my data using spb backup.

I'll try the aGPS procedure after that.

Did you flash back all the way to VZW 2.09? with the non-gps radio, and then moving up to 3.42.50 radio?

you did re-lock the SPL, right?
