help with new radio install

I had changed from Olipro 2.4 to neuspl 2.47 successfuly!
Just run nuespl_2.47.exe from your device!
Only problem that i had was, formation my MicroSD from FAT to FAT32!
I had make back-up before formating my Storage card!
Nothing changed, all my contacts, messages and other stuffs in Device memory was not deleted!
But still can't install radio!
Don't know why!
I put TITAIMG.nbh to my FAT32 formatted Storage Card, booted in bootmenu, but nothing is going on!
No progress bar!
Only "SERIAL" OR "USB" sign!
How to intall new radio?
Maybe file is damaged?

do you have the mini USB cable plugged in when you launch bootloader?

if not then you may have to re-download the file and try again if the radio was on the SD before the reformat may be the issue
