When i open my nuerom kitchen within buildos i do not see all of the programs as if i opened another rom selection like the 20755 build!!! why? and can i change that?

I think its because of the kitchen update I read that No2Chem has to fix it.

The nuerom kitchen shows up with limited OEMs you can add new choices by moving OEMs into the USER_OEM folder in the kitchen.

You could also probably edit the nueROM3_Selections.txt file to point to the right folder where all your OEMs are now.

You need to copy the OEMs you want into the USER_OEMs folder for it to work. I used to edit my selections file to point to the OEM RARs, but then it comes up with all kinds of duplicate errors. So eventually I made a special USER_OEMs folder and changed the selections file to point to that, that way it wasn't spoiled for the regular kitchens.

They're in PPCkitchen_OEM.rar that the nueROM3 basekit doesn't point to initially. Add these two lines to nueROM3_Selections.txt and you'll get all of the no2chem and PPCKitchen stuff:

I got that error message yesterday. I messed around with the kitchenconfig txt file and just changed the first line from .90.01 to .90.02 and works fine.

Or at least it seems like it. Everything I cooked yesterday worked fine on my mogul all day.

Probably points to which kitchen version that its using or something that has nothing to do with the nuerom files. So changing it wouldnt mess anthing up.

My selections.txt file for the last nueROM kitchen I flashed on October 9 already had "SelectionsVersion=.90.04". Are you saying that yours worked and I've been sitting here waiting for no3chem to "fix" something for nothing? ](*,)

Tried changing the file now instead of asking for .09.02 its now asking for .09.04 lol!

I think you changed the wrong txt file.

The first line of the nueROM3_Selections.txt should be .90.04


The line that you have to change is in the kitchen_config.txt file. The first line as no2chem had it was .90.01.....that should be changed to .90.02.

The kitchen_config file is located in the no2chem_Titan_Core folder.



Heres the two default files that I changed to fix the error.
I fixed the error on the kitchen_config.txt file and added the lines to add the other two oem folders.

I was thinking if that was one of the things that worked. I tried a few different things to get it to work.

The line you have to change is this one in the kitchen_config.txt file. You have to add a comma and true towards the end of the line.

OSInfo=Titan,WM6.1,8855A,64B0000064000000????????0 000,true,00320000

Now Im pretty sure thats all I did. All that is in the kitchen_config.txt file that I posted. Thats the one I actually use so I know it works.

huh.... have you used the kitchen with nuerom3 before.

Maybe you dont have the files in the right way.

In the kitchens folder of buildOS make a new folder called nueROM (make sure ROM is uppercase) the place the six unzipped folders in there.

No2chem's kitchen_config.txt has this line:

XipFilename=Titan_20748b.bin

The 20755 kitchen_config.txt has this line:

XipFilename=Titan_20273.bin

Shouldn't both of them use Titan_20755.bin?

Oddly, Titan_Core.rar in the 20755 kitchen has Titan_20273.bin but not Titan_20755.bin. Shouldn't the bin file match the OS version?

The first two errors are from duplicate oem's. You'll get them when you add the ppckitchen oem folders to nuerom since some of those are included with nuerom. Thats what turbofool was talking about. Just ok those errors doesnt matter just dont pick both oem's from the list.

Not sure about the last error though. Since it errored out when it was setting the page pool. That might be too high. Try setting it at like 6 or 8.

now my last part of this is does anyone know how to make this or any kitchen build into a file that i can run from a sd card ? im tring to make a sd card that i can use to unlock a phone with install a radio and flash a cooked rom.

yup they all do.

I know ppckitchen has the RUU_signed.nbh file under My Documents/BuildOS RUU. Just look for the nbh file in there and save it somewhere else. Since it gets deleted everytime you run the kitchen.

Then you would go about the standard way of flashing via sd card once you have it transfered to you sd card formatted to fat32. You have to rename the RUU_signed.nbh file to titaimg.nbh and have it in the root of the card.

I have a folder on my pc of nice roms that I have cooked up. Or at least the newer ones. Obviously I dont keep older ones.

Anyone else getting an issue when building on the nueROM3TitanKitchen-6152-3pre3-spackr project as when it compiles everything fine but when setting the page pool I get an error that pops up stating Additional non-parsable characters are at the end of the string. The build status is stopped at setting page pool. I tried different page pools, I built the rom with no extra oem's selected. Kind of scratching my head at this one. I can build from the regular kitchen roms just not nueROM3TitanKitchen-6152-3pre3-spackr project. Any help would be great.

Update:

Thanks to No2Chem for the help I found that in my kitchen_config.txt file it read this OSInfo=Titan,WM6.1,8855A,64B0000064000000????????0 000,true,00320000 and it should have read this OSInfo=Titan,WM6.1,8855A,64B0000064000000????????0 000,true,00320000 I had a space in between the four 0000 before true. I changed it and now no more errors.

also like reeg420 told me move ur page pool down the something like 6 or 8 thats what made that work for me . in the kitchen u dont need to have this setting up high because when u run nuekernal you can reset the size of ur page pool to ur liking

Anyone try the new 20755 out and see if it has solved the multiple texting issue? I was trying to see if I could use that as the base rom and still be able to run NueRom on top of it. But haven't been able to do so yet.
