you dont need it anyways for Titan, so why bother downloading it?

I am having a problem where when I run the updater I get a message that it can't find ppcbuildos.exe (hope I have the name correct) on the server -- I on't see such a file in the manual downloads -- how can I fix this problem?

I had to manually download 1/2 of the files for some reason. The updater didn't seem to be working.. so I'm guessing I missed some files in the download process as I'm receiving the following errors.

What did I miss and/or do incorrectly? I recieve this screen as soon as I open BuildOS.

can someone please help. I was able to build the 20755 rom but now I get the "Error 270: corrupt image file. Check your rom update utility" message. Can someone please help! Thank you,whoever you are, if you can help!
