Is this Plugin good? I'm trying to remove it

All I know is that this thing makes my clock/date on the today screen Double lined and eats a little bit of memory. I never use this thing. Do you guys have that? should I keep it? how do I remove if I want to? It was flash with this.... By the way , what is it called ? in case i flash it again, I dont choose that.
