The PRI and PRL have nothing to do with this problem....

Cerebus,

After you loaded the stock what did you do next?.......did you try to flash the radio.....if not do so....

If you are running 2.40... flash a custom rom of your choice that is GPS compatible then flash the radio via sd card....you should have no issues doing it that way.... by the way you don't need 2.47 bootloader and I do know for a fact that 2.40 can be relocked without any adverse effects on the xv6800 if you ever need to claim insurance or warranty

Come on guys, how many of us had this issue with a 67 where when we booted it said NONE next to radio in red letters??

I know I seen a few phones with that and I swear I did everything there was to do. But the main issue is the device is not detecting the radio hardware which means a hardware failure. And as we all know, you cant install software for something that "doesnt exist".

Face it, you need a new device. Sry.

if you have the stock rom and stock bootloader on the phone, you can probably bring it into the store and have them try to fix it. if they cant you will probably get a free replacement. but if they find a non stock rom or bootloader then your sol and have to go with the insurance.

You are correct 2.47 is not needed but benchmarks have shown that it is much better performance wise.

I disagree, I have walked many of people through the process I posted and it usually works for the no radio issue.

Weed, I have read all of your posts and agree with most of them. This time I disagree with all due respect. This isnt a 6700. No Radio doesnt mean a hardware issue although it CAN. You can get this if you mix non GPS radios with GPS bootloaders and vice versa. I have tried as hard as possible to brick this phone. Every combination of bootloader and radio. I speak from experience not theory.

When ever I got the posters error I simply went back to the Titan relock thread and followed it step by step and the radio came back as well as the rest of functionality.

I dont think the poster is following the relock thread.

Well dont get me wrong. I am not saying 100% that I am right and everyone else is wrong. I am not like that but I am only going off of my findings and works. I am aware the 67 and 68 arent the same ;-) and do agree there are more options to not getting the combo (ROM/Radio/Unlocker) right and causing issues. But the OP only posted yesterday and has yet to come back with results if any so.........

Okay here's the update.... Yes after i loaded the stock rom i did the SD card flash of the radio update... still No Radio... I cant run the re-locker because active-sync doesnt connect to the phone ever since i got the No Radio.... Unless there is another way to relock that i missed... can i use the nueSPL relocker if i have the Olipro 2.4 installed? right now i've got the VZW_2.09_RUU_signed rom loaded... i couldnt load the stock verizon rom from the restore your 6800 to stock thread, im guessing because of 2.4 bootloader... I guess i need to know if there is a way to downgrade... actually i have no idea what to do ](*,)

also im trying to do this at work so might not get right back to you if i get busy... i have no internet at my home (so 80's i know) as i was using my 6700 for internet access
