I am assuming you tried a soft reset already?.......if so do a hard reset....if that does not work re-cook.....may have been a bad flash...

this is my second flash of this rom, I've hard/soft resetted... It stopped working once I flashed to this rom.

Some of the dialers cause this issue. If you have built in a dialer try leaving it out and rebuilding your ROM. I was using iBliss and it caused this problem. When I left it out of my build it worked fine.

New Kitchen released; not sure what issues you may have had with 20748 that are addressed in 20755.
