I kinda figured that it might have been intentional after I posted my comment and after a couple of flashes. Maybe we can have the option to select either the "iPhone style scrolling" or "Older tmail function". This would allow for more flexibility for unique personal customization.

OK guys! I flashed the 3.56 sprint rom a few days ago so I could upgrade my radio. The reason I did this is because after buying 3 memory cards and formatting them all and loading the TITAIMG.nbh file from my cards I STILL could not get my phone to flash. Case n point, I did this and the radio upgraded fine. I accidentally let the sprint customizations load, SO I reloaded the rom being careful to reset after the first boot screen. Then I flashed this rom, and to my demise, I STILL CANNOT upgrade my phone's roaming service (*228) and my phone is still digitally roaming. This is a major problem because I can't use my internet at all, period. Can someone, anyone, anyone one of you supermods out there please help a noob in his dilemna! I would greatly appreciate it if someone can A) help my flash this rom successfully like it's supposed to be and B) help me update my radio rom to the 3.42.50 since I tried 3 times and failed to flash on my 2gig microsd. But more importantly can someone help me with getting this new rom flashed properly. I need my internet for work so it's very important that I get this loaded right. Thank you in advance whoever you are,... your ppc brother...

Ok, huge problem for me, and it's about the only one I have with this ROM. Word completion doesn't work at all. Doesn't matter if I'm using email, text, Word, or PIE. Just doesn't work at all. If I bring up the SIP (On screen keyboard) it will work. Just not with the hardware keyboard. All the settings are correct in "Settings>Input". Tried unchecking, soft reset, then rechecking everything and still nadda.

This has got to be an easy registry fix for someone out there who knows the Windows Mobile registry well. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! It's driving me nuts, I have got to get this fixed. I don't want to go back to the 20273 ROM again. I just got this one working almost perfect.

For the radio upgrade to 3.42.50 I believe you have to have to downgrade your bootloader to 1.20 Olipro put the radio on then reload 2.40 Olipor. Way too much of a pain. I use 3.42.40. It can be loaded using the SD card with no other changes having to be made. I get great locks with GPS and call signal is great. I wouldn't fool with that radio myself. Big PITA if you ask me for no benefit. Who is your carrier so we can try to help you with your other problems. Give a little detail on your other issues.

hmm I might have another problem. Earlier I was on a call and call waiting clicked on. I looked to see who it was and nothing showed up, back to my current call.... nothing. no sound, nothing. So I said 'hello?' and someone else started talking! My call waiting answered itself with no way of me switching back to other caller or even telling it to switch over. I've never had this problem before on earlier builds and I'm using the same dialer as the 2nd to last build with all the dialer issues. I'm also running S2U2 caller ID and that didn't show up either where before it would. Very weird.

So I get the following error after a fresh install of the BuildOS.msi:
Required module not in project.
Module: Welcome Center

I log into the ppckitchen.org irc chat looking to get an answer to the problem and in the midst of getting clarification on the error. I was told I needed a newer sys file than what was provided by the updater (which was ran 45 minutes ago) and when I asked how I did an update and didn't get the newest files a "senior member" cracks some jokes. I joke back and get banned from the chat.


Colonel, if you can't handle jokes - you shouldn't make them. You should probably get the sand out of your vagina, put your big boy pants on and then once you've completed those menial tasks - learn to take a joke. While your development skills may be phenomenal your people skills are synonymous with those of Jeffrey Dahmer.

I'm sure you're going to ban or flame me... not like it matters all that much. I can browse the site anonymously or just create a new account. Do what you must because at the end of the day I'll still have access to your site & products but you'll continue to be a tool. =D>

in the Projects|Titan_WM6.1_20273 Selections.txt,
changed from ppcgeeks_oem.rar to below

OptionalModuleDir=kitchens\ PPCkitchen_OEM.rar:

this allowed me to load buildOS as it was stopping at the WELCOME error, then rolling back with nothing to select in the BuildOS window. i still get the error but able to at least load and select items to build.

That's because you tried to use a 20273 selections file with a 20748 kitchen.
