Preparations for converting XV6800 from VZN to Sprint

Hey guys. I hope I'm not jumping the gun here but I'm in the process of hopefully changing services on my XV6800, VZN -> Sprint. I've heard and read people changing their services the other way to VZN but not to Sprint. Currently I have a ticket started at sprint to add my ESN to their database. So HOPEFULLY that works. So two questions:

1. Has anybody successfully been convert there VZN XV6800 Titan phone into a Sprint XV6800 Mogul?

2. If I do get lucky and Sprint adds my ESN to their database, how should I go about converting my XV6800? (I was hoping to just cook up a ROM like I do for my unlocked Titan but of course this time for Sprint....that sounds too ez though :-/ )

Please let me know if you need more info from me. Hopefully if this works, maybe I'll post my Sprint ticket number and you guys can refer to that as well if your interested.
