This Link you can find all the files to do this... i wrote this up in another post also.. i think it might help people.. sorry for the duplicate if anyone notices

Steps:
1) Use: "Titan to Stock Verizon.rar" and use the titan_relocker.exe to relock the titan to the older 1.xx bootloader.. then use the RUU folder and run the rom flash to downgrade to the old verizon rom with the old radio. after LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN. (you would think that the old pri will override the new one, but it will revert back when you do step 2)

2) Use nueSLP2.47 to upgrade the bootloader (just use this, instead of 2.40 because this will allow the pri that the new verizon rom installed (2.03_002) to work with the custom rom you flash later.)

3) Flash radio 3.42.50 via sd card (or another way u perfer), if need be take out the battery and put back in if you stay in bootloader after this flash, then you should be able to boot as normal)

4) Flash custom rom (i used ppckitchen 20273 build)

5) Use TitanGPSFix (instructions to do so are in the rar file.. and you are done.

After all this I still did not need to reset my A-key or call verizon so it worked out great!

i was one of the first to upgrade to the new rom and was quick to restore the old pri.. glad to hear that you guys got it working.. but.. do you notice any difference?

how are they compared to the custom roms out here.. i am now hesitant to upgrade..
or if you guys can look in your external ROM or /windows.. and upload a copy of your Radio Refurbish cab.. that's the ne PRI 2.03..

NVM it's working. I didn't do the QPST gps fix because I did it a long time ago and thought it would have stuck. I just did it, and got a lock inside my house in under 4 seconds flat, from a cold boot. Unbelievable.

SO, for future reference, SPL 2.40 is fully compatible with this PRI, and if GPS fix is applied, the same benefits can be reaped.

Followed your instructions to the letter...

After step 3 (flashing the new radio via the sd card) my phone now gets stuck at the verizon logo. Any ideas?

Try this.. Take out your battery .. wait for 3 secs.. the reboot yout phone..

what he meant forgot to say was.. he had already upgraded to the updated ROM first.. and let customizations run.. to update to the new PRI 2.03_002..

and then he did step one.. which is to.. relock and reflash to a stock verizon ROM.. and let customizations run.. (assuming that the stock ROM will change the PRI back to version 1.35_002.. but NO.. the new PRI from the updated ROM will stick..

and then use NueSPL 2.47 to UNLOCK..

and then Upgrade the Radio..

and then Flashed the custom ROM..

But you do not need to relock your device and risk F***ing it up.. just upgrade to the new VZW ROM and then use NueSPL to unlock your device.. so you can just skip STEP 1

Tried that, it still sticks at the white Verizon logo. I put the radio file back on the SD Card and re did the radio update by putting into boot loader. Then tried flashing a custom rom by putting it into bootloader and running the RUU... gets to 1% then resets.
