I have had no issues running the kitchen before the latest update.

System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
This is caused by something going wrong with drawing of the background. No sure why people are suddenly getting this problem, and it doesn't happen for me. What kitchen did you use?

To work around this issue, edit the kitchen_config.txt in Titan_core.rar. remove or comment (any symbol at line start will comment it out) the backrgoundimage= line.

Please verify the background image exists in the .rar when you comment out the line.

Fixed it. It occured during the build and it was caused when I selected the htc streaming player without also select netcf 3.5.

Re: Titan 20273 Kitchen

does anyone else have a problem getting dcinobar.exe to work correctly with this build?

I placed it in the "start up" folder.. but the bottom bar doesn't clear correctly..

the bar with the "calendar" and "contacts" is replaced with a partial image from the splash screen..

Wow thanks GGuru that was the issue. titan.png is in the root of titan_core.rar as well. This is weird because it was running just fine until the new 20273 was updated. I could not use the updater as it was not reflecting any of the new builds. After uninstalling and then manually removing the rest of the files I was able to download all the kitchens I needed. This is happening to all of them. Kitchens I am using are Titan 20273, Apache LennySH 19213, Vogue 20273 and Kaiser 27270. It happens to all of them unless I comment out the background photo. I just found how to change the background color. Woohoo so much faster then rendering a png.

Cheers,

Mikee

Caused by one of the packages you checked. HTC close maybe? There are lots of threads on it - search is your friend.

Re: Titan 20273 Kitchen

White screen of death. Can't get past the screen alignment on boot up. I sorta did initially and when it got into the start up screen, my Home romaing notification came up and I haven't been able to get past the alignment screen since. Tried flashing back to 5077. Same issue. Any thoughts? I really need my phone this week.

This can also be caused by using older versions of the Microsoft Voice Command. I build with latest version fine.
