The extended rom is there for carrier programs on the stock roms (iota, etc....)....it is un-locked in some custom roms....it's capacity is very small...yes you can install to it....overall it is not that big of a deal...dont know why it would be a deal breaker for some:scratch:

<3 DCDs roms. Just installed 3.25 as my 3.22 (I think) was bugging out after I ran out of memory (damn RSS feeds), despite clearing out about 40 megs. The speed and stability are amazing....

Just curious.... Is there a current version of HTC Home plugin in OEM format that would work with dcd's latest rom? I tried to use the one from N2C's kitchen but there is a duplicate file error.

......for those who already have stuff on their extended rom from previous roms it should be very understandable why we would want it.

Wouldn't you want space that was once hidden but since UNhidden, no matter how small it is?.....i'm sure you'd want 9.7 MB of RAM that was suddenly discovered lying dormat somewhere on the Titan.

I here ya on that...I am just saying it would not be a deal breaker for me....I keep all my stuff on the storage card.....:)

haha 9.7 MB of RAM is huge difference (at least on the mogul) whereas 9.7 MB of storage, eh...
i'll admit that i do use it... but im still running a nueROM
and like flyers said, it shouldnt be a deal breaker.

That being said, Freeza you can check out the no2chem site and try his nueExtROM - and post back if it works ;-)

You know I spent about 4 hours yesterday working on doing that. I have no kitchen building experience and i am flying blind, it's fun! I've been cooking personally since the Apache unified aku3 days so I've seen alot.

I looked at the 19588 kitchen since it doesn't use Titan_Core.rar and used that as a template. I've worked through all of the show stopping errors and I've gotten the kitchen to load up in the PPCGeeks BuildOS without any error messages. Unfortunately during the build phase I get the following error "kitchens\Drivers_Titan_DCD326.rar File Create error"

If anyone more experience can point me in the right direction let me know.
