mogul wont go past windows mobile splash. rom mishap

yes and I have been trying to flash a stock rom. I have tried it via the ruu and via the sd method. It does the same thing everytime. It will load it will turn on it will go through all the motions and then freeze on the windows mobile splash right before windows mobile would actually open telling me to tap screen to configure and when I tap it nothing happens. The only thing I can do is hold the power button down and it asks if im sure I want to turn off.
