Exchange 2003
Is anyone having trouble setting up direct push email with 6.1 ROMs? I cannot get my email working for a week. I have been working with my system admin to set up direct push for my email and cannot get it working.

Re: Exchange 2003
We tried for the past 2 days. The IT guy activated the setting to allow mobile devices but I still cannot get it working. I need some serious help so I can get my work email on my PPC. Someone post the steps I need to try if you can. I don't care if you guys give me 20 different things to try I will do it at this point. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Re: Exchange 2003
Make sure you are using SSL if required, and use the OWA address for your server name.
Make sure the domain name is typed correctly.' What error do you get from ActiveSync when it tries to connect? |

I finally was able to get him to forward my emails to my private email address. Of course I had to tell him how to do it. What an IT guy.

Re: Exchange 2003
im the IT guy at the compagny i work, you know sometime we dont have the time for this kind of issue but, it's working fine with exchange 2003.
for the server name i enter 'mail.yourmailserver.com' , its the address you use to get your email from the web. if owa is not enable it's another story |
