for the server name i enter 'mail.yourmailserver.com' , its the address you use to get your email from the web. if owa is not enable it's another story

Well I think that you have to somehow get the ssl cert and install it to the device as well. I had them turn the owa on. I even included directions which really offended him. So I provided a diff tech with the instructions on how to forward the emails and he was more than happy to do it and even said thanks for helping him learn something new.

You can open the certificate by hitting the lock on your web browser (on your PC) and save it to a file...You can find that usually on the bottom right hand corner or in line with your address bar. You'll have to do it for the site cert, as well as any CA cert's above that.

Once you save to file, you can copy them over to your PPC, click on them and they'll import. The standard .cer export will work fine as you don't need any special cert export just for the PPC.

I installed that cert to my ppc and I still cannot get it to work. The error I receive after active sync has me reenter my credentials 2-3 times is 0x850010014. I googled that but I don't know what the issue may be. I have tried over and over to get it working.
