i need big help big time i tey to up dat my rom from 2somethinf to the new 3.61 but when ever i hit upday it start but my screen goes drk and it descennects from my computer and reconnects to it

i think it says "i need help big time, i tried to update my rom from 2.17 to the new 3.56. But whenever i hit update to start the screen goes dark and it disconnects and reconnects"
