New Kitchen based on released 3.56 ROM, or am I missing something?

Is there a kitchen using the "newly" (

) 3.56 ROM or are the current kitchens past that? I assume I need to flash with 3.56 to get the updated radio, then flash with a newly compiled kitchen. But I didn't know if the timeline history of some of the revision numbers.
