Okay I lied...

Actually, I installed packageinstaller but never actually USED it lol.

However, nueLED, nueLight, setCalbriFont, and mass storage were working just fine without the base... I guess base is for pkginstaller?

I have not seen anyone create any cabs yet for them......but you can extract the OEMs and use the Nuepackage installer to get em to your phone....or add them to another kitchen......

Re: nuepackageinstaller.cab?

i finally got around to testing the .cab. works great! the base was not needed...

i was able to install several oems with it which is good enough for me :)

i was not able to install nueusb mass storage however... i will have to look around for another oem to try for this one.

By the way, the easiest way to install oems, is to look at the initflashfiles.txt, and copy files where it says they should end up, then copy the rest of the files to the windows directory(excluding the dsm, the rgu, and option.xml) then rename the rgu to oemname.reg, and import the registry items using .fred or resco, or the regeditor of your choice. if the oem contains provxml, you can rename it to .xml as well, and import it with .fred also. alot easier than waiting for someone to cab something up for you

lol. well the easiest way i have found is to use nuepackageinstaller. thanks again for cabbing it up for everyone :)

Re: nuepackageinstaller.cab?

If anyone is willing to put together a .cab for no2's nue-stuff, I'd sure be grateful. I can't get half of the OEM's to install on DCD's ROM. I'm going through withdrawal!
