Re: Progress with HTC Video Drivers

Exactly. HTC didn't release the drivers and never will - they're a part of the chipsets that Broadcom sued Qualcomm for patent infringement over.

Video performance on the Tilt and Mogul were about equal... now with these new drivers, the Tilt blows the Mogul out of the water easily.

except for the fact that the tilt is HELLA heavier then the mogul and it feels like a brick in your pocket, and the fact unless you're using wi-fi you notice an incredibly slower internet speed, you know but other then that it blows it out of the water =D>

I thought the Tilt supported 3G so I fail to see why it's "slower internet"

you're right, but whenever i do a line speed test on the tilt (which my roommate has) and then i do it on my phone, i always beat him. even with just regular browsing my sites always pop up faster, maybe its just in my neighbor hood, i don't know, but i'm ALWAYS having greater speeds, so obviously in my mind i will forever take evdo rev-a over 3g.
