Radio Flashing with Active Sync? Need Help.

I've been searching all morning for clear cut instructions on flashing the radio only via Active sync. Is this even possible because i'm looking to flash to DCD's newest rom 3.2.2 and I don't have a SD card to use to flash with.

Right now i'm running Sprints stock Rom 3.35 and Radio 3.35 w/ olipro 2.4

I must not be searching in the right area. becuase I dont imagine this would be too hard to flash only the radio. I think I have the rom flashing part figured out but the radio flash via active sync is throwing me for a loop.
