There is a reason the Yahoo initflash was the way it was. Now you have wasted whatever space those files consume by moving them to the Program Files directory. A lot of apps can be made to run in \Windows, therefore saving space by not having to copy them elsewhere. They all MUST start out in the \Windows directory, then if needed are initflashed elsewhere; leaving the original copy in \Windows. So anything that gets copied out of Windows directory is taking twice the space that the files would normally.
