Need Some Help...
Ok,
this is probably like the easiest fix for all of you guys here, but I'm totally clueless... I've tried to fix it by reading some other posts, but it's just not working for me. Here's the problem: The other day, my PPC6800 showed this red, green, blue, and white screen. It says TITA100 SPL-1.04.0000 and USB at the bottom because i have it plugged in... How do I fix this and get it back to normal? Some of the updates on here seem like they'd be sweet to do so I wanna get this thing up and going again. The phone doesn't start Windows or anything; just goes to this screen. I believe its called like a Flashing ROM Screen? anyway... I just wanna know how to get the phone to work again, haha. Thanks for any help! -Alex |
Re: Need Some Help...
Sounds to me like you are stuck in bootloader. Check here.

Re: Need Some Help...
what did you do to have it go into that mode (it's the bootloader by the way) to get out of it, you can search for a little app called exitbootloader.exe, or you can flash, depending on your carrier, if you are sprint, flash the sprint upgrade, if not, find your stock rom and flash it so you can get it booted to windows so you can unlock, then flash the sprint rom, then the custom of your choice. make sure you do alot of reading on all this first though, read all the stickies it the top of this forum well, and make sure you understand all this

Re: Need Some Help...
im not sure what i did to get it there....
and i've tried the exit bootloader deal, but it totally didn't work.. just said disable activesync, but i can't do that (if it's on) because the phone boot up.. so im pretty lost. i'm running vista and i'm pretty sure i have the drivers for it already installed.. |

Re: Need Some Help...
what it means by disable activesync is open the program on the PC and turn off the check for allow USB connections. You need to use the titanexitbl.exe to get to the OS or flash a stock rom from your carrier.
