Can't run TitanUnlocker. I get a .NET CF error?

I am trying to unlock my 6800 so I can install a custom ROM. I have a 8GB SanDisk Micro SDHC card. When I try to run the Titan Unlocker I get:

"The application failed to load required components. If the .NET Compact Framework is installed on a storage card, please ensure that this card is in place and launch the application again. If this fails, a re-installation of the .NET Compact Framework is recommended. Support info: -2147483643(80000005)"

Maybe I need to upgrade my .NET Framework?

I believe the SDHC card will not work.

Re: Can't run TitanUnlocker. I get a .NET CF error?

sdhc does not work afaik, but you probably need to update .net - however, nuespl will only install if you are running a gps SPL (and therefore a gps rom) anyways so I would recommend reflashing to an official sprint 3.xx rom (without letting the customizations run) first.... that should install .net CF anyways....
