if you still have the 1.20 bootloader, you should try to flash a pre-gps rom then. once you get that on there successfully, you can boot to windows mobile and run unlocker 2.40 again- making sure it completes this time. I have the stock Sprint 2.17 here-

cool, knew that was the problem after i re-read your post last night.
yes, now make sure to follow ALL directions when unlocking, the part where you disconnect/reconnect is real important in the process. i'll check back here in a bit to see how you are progressing.

dang, i need to learn how to read. you will need to flash a radio BEFORE you can flash the OS to device, so you might want to flash stock sprint 3.35 to get radio, then just stop at alignment and flash custom rom then.

I skipped that part about disco and reconnect haha I just went back to the old rom and am about to run again, all the way this time haha

hahaa....ya, thats a common mistake with unlocker, did it myself first time around. glad you got it now.

My phone just started going into bootloader every time I soft reset. I am running olipro 2.4 but I'm currently running the latest official ROM. It won't connect via USB to my computer anymore, and the strangest thing is that the only way to get out of bootloader is to insert the HTC Y-adapter that came with the phone and then soft reset while it's inserted- a regular USB cable doesn't work. Any ideas?
