ok i need some more info before proceeding:
what rom were u running?
what m did u try to upgrade it to?
what version bootloader do u have?

I was running the stock 3.35 rom

I tried upgrading to N2C's WM6.1 build 5067

I just saw on the bootloader screen SPL-1.20.Olipro, the file I installed from says 2.40 if that makes a difference

ok well u need to upgrade the hard spl bootloader to 2.40.
did u/can u flash that?

unfortunately no. so put ur phone into bootloader and then plug it into ur pc with usb enabled on active sync then run the unlocker found here:

activsync won't work even if I try to manually connect it doesn't :( starting to seem like I might be F'd

it doesnt matter if active sync works. plug in the phone and un the unlocker.

It keeps saying no device connected, would you like to try and recopy the files ](*,)

It shows on the tri colored screen that the usb is connected

i know this might no do anything but try takin g ur battery out for 30 seconds and then boot it and do a hard reset and then try the unlocker again.

i just found an ruu_signed.nbh file that im flashing now its just the os so we'll see what happens
