How to get Official ROM to a basekit for the kitchen

I am with Alltel and have noticed that the majority of users are with Sprint o VW. I have tried several ROM's that I have cooked based on no2chem starting with 5054 up to 5067 and for some reason they do not want to play well with Alltel. I get frequent dropped calls and random freezing everytime I try to create a custom ROM. I have went through all the steps with OEM's to make sure there are no conflicts. I have noticed much better performance with the official Alltel ROM's. At least I get less dropped calls and less freezing.
My question is this, how can I use the latest Alltel ROM and add my OEM's and Boot splash screens? I can not get any kitchen that I have found to play nice with the alltel ROM's. Is there a way to get a basekit for the PPC kitchen?
I do not know how to create my own .cab files or I would just do it that way.
Can anyone help me out here? I would like to build a custom ROM using the new Alltel ROM and a few of no2chems tools and GPS. I alreaady know how to enable GPS on the Alltel Rom.

If anyone has any problems with there Alltel MMS I will be glad to help you as I have mastered that part over the last 2 months.

I would like to help anyone in any way that I can just like I know that someone out there will help me with this problem.

Please show some love for your Alltel Brothers!
