Messed up on upgrade- need help

i bought a htc mogul from some guy who told me he had it for 3 months....it used to be on sprint......before i got it actiavted i decided to do an upgrade to 3.35, at first i got the invalid command thing and i did the recovery and it worked....so after that everything worked perfect.....so i got it flashed to Cricket...and it also worked perfected...but i think that he did a hard reset cause the ROM was the old one(and the task manager wasnt on the coner anymore).....so i wanted to upgrade it again...so i did and i got the invalid command...i keep doing it and it keeps stopiong at 11%....just get the blue, green, red screen with TITA100 and spl-1.20.Olipro i read that i can fix it but its all confusing and then theres links to this and that ...and im new to do so i dont get it
