Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
I'm a newbie here so not nearly capable as most of these people. You flashed 3.35 and then when it came to the screen that you press to set up, you reset it, then you flashed no2chem's rom and did the same before setting it up?

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
Originally I already had flashed the 3.35 Gps enabled rom. So I reflashed it to be on the safe side, and then tried reflashing to 5067. After that was completed took the battery out, did a hard reset, and the same problem with the resetting. So just know tried repeating the same process and still the same issues. Thanks again for all your help guys

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
You need to do a reset after flashing the sprint rom also. what that does is makes the new rom the new operating system. Once you make the sprint the new OS by resetting your device, then you can flash no2chem's rom and reset once that is loaded.

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
Ok. so when the tri-color screen comes up it says Olipro 2.40 and you are using the same Olipro on both upgrades?

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
Ok.....you select the sprint 3.35 rom off the htc website. You put it in a bootloader (Olipro 2.40). Your PPC turns to the tri-color screen then goes gray with a blue bar and percent loading. When it is finished it automatically resets, you wait until it comes to the setup screen and stops, then you reset it. Then, you select no2's 5067 and load it the same way? When setting no2's up you select your service provider i.e sprint, verizon, etc?

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen
Your welcome....oh and uhh....just to make sure you are resetting you are holding down both soft keys (normally contacts and calendar) while you insert the stylus into the reset hole on the bottom of the PPC? (sorry if this is obvious, I'm new so I need the obvious and think everyone else does also...lol)
Now for the expert PPC Geeks: I cooked up a rom in the kitchen (is this the correct terminology) for the first time and it was successful. Yahoo...very good instructions. I found that some of the programs I tried I would like to remove. So, am I thinking correctly in that I would have to cook up a new rom and just not include those programs? I tried to do that and also deleted buildos and re-downloaded it but it didn't have no2's 5067 in it. So once again, a noob asking for help. |
