nueROM3/20748 - No Bluetooth - RDP caused?

I have been trying to track down why with this new build the Bluetooth does not work. Error message -
"There is no bluetooth hardware installed on this device"
It seems that whenever the RDP is selected in the kitchen this is the outcome. The RDP oem hasn't changed since previous builds, so I wonder if there is a conflict somewhere in the build files.

Any ideas??
