I think I bricked my Titan
 

Ok so my 6800 came with the latest radio 3.35 installed so all i had to do was run the unlocker which i did, but my phone kept reseting after tapping the screen.

so i figured that possibly loading the no2chem 6.1 rom would fix it and it worked great until i unplugged the phone then it went back to rebooting so this morning i woke up this morning and i tried to go back to the stock rom and while it was installing my computer froze while it was at 11%

....so now my phone just stays frozen at the Sprint screen and it now says 'No Radio' near the bottom of the screen is there anything i can do to salvage my phone? is there anyway to get to the tricolor screen so i can run the rom again....this sucks i literally just got my Mogul last Wednesday can anyone help me out....Thanks in advance

oh man I had the same problem, heres what I did:

Take the battery out, hold the power+camera button and put the battery back in. Let me know if it worked

Bricked = black screen, never anything but black.

If you can get to the tricolor screen or see a splash screen, you are not bricked.

no need to hold power+camera while inserting battery, just put battery back in and then push power button.

if you have difficulty with the power cycling, you can install the sprint official update with the OliPro 2.40 installed. Do that and it should return you to 3.35 status with full operation. Then try flashing no2Chem's 5065 followed by removing the battery and then hard resetting. That should work..

tried that and it gives me the prompt to restore the phone press R and it does the restore sequence then it reboots and stays stuck at the Sprint logo with 'No Radio' under it

now wat i didn't get a chance to do this morning was run the Boot Exit app, anything else i can try it limited to me being synced and i can't even get to that unless the phone boots into the OS so i'm at a stand still until i try that tonite

Bootloader exit will not help you when you do not have a radio installed (which is what happens when you fail at 11%). You need to flash a radio via your SD card.

ok i got it back to the Tri-Color screen...I ran the .nbh file from the Sprint Rom and the install failed....where do i go from here?

On the tri-color screen, what numbers do you see? It sounds like you might have used the wrong unlocker and you might have the 1.20 bootloader. You need the Olipro 2.40 to flash 3.xx ROMs. If you DO see 1.20 on the tri-color screen, you must flash a 2.xx OEM ROM, then install the Olipro 2.40 hard-SPL bootloader, then you can reflash the 3.35 OEM ROM and follow that with a custom ROM if you want to. You can flash an OEM ROM package from the bootloader (tri-color) screen, just ignore the wording about Activesync.

edit: to get into the bootloader (tri-color screen), hold down the Power and Camera buttons while pressing the stylus in to the reset hole until you see the tri-color screen.

So far i have the Olipro 2.41 bootloader...last nite when i finally got the OS to install and i had a phone again...i tried loading the 5060 kitchen and it wouldn't get past the boot screen although it installed correctly. Is this becuz i should run the Sprint 3.35 ROM first and then the kitchen or does it matter?

Since your phone said "No Radio", you need to install the Sprint OEM 3.35 ROM package to get the 3.35 radio installed, then you can flash a custom ROM over that.

I want to join the club, I too have bricked my Titan. Its stuck in the tri colour. The display reads TITA100 SPL-1.20.0lipro

you need bootloader 2.40 olipro get the right bootloader and try flashing again

olipro 1.20 is outdated and no longer used by any current ROM's. do a search on olipro 2.40.

There is only one big problem, because the phone is in Boolloader mode. Active Sync won't start up, so olipro 2.40. won't run ( No Device Connected )

Your phone is completely fine. Worst case scenario, you need to flash an Oli 1.2 capable rom from a fat32 formated microsd card, which is very easy to do, just search. Also, I believe somebody built a new unlocker that is SD card compatible, for Oli's 2.4. Either way, your phone is in prime condition.

if all else fails call sprint tell them you want insurance(incase you don't have it) then remove battery, insert phone in microwave, and let it rip for 3 seconds. go to sprint and tell them it won't work.....get new phone

Since you have the old 1.20 bootloader, you need a 2.xx ROM and a 1.xx radio in order to be able to boot Windows. If you do have those still on your phone, see the Stuck in TITAN bootloader? Read this!
thread. If, instead, you currently have a 3.xx radio and a 3.xx ROM, you will need to flash a 2.xx ROM to be able to boot up so that you can install the correct 2.40 bootloader, and then you can reflash the 3.35 ROM. Sprint/HTC stock OEM 2.17 ROM here HTC 2.17 ROM download.

Be aware that some users have actually bricked phones (that means it won't even power up into bootloader) when reverting back to the 2.xx ROMs and radio after having installed the 3.xx ROM and radio.

You can flash an OEM stock ROM package from the bootloader mode, just ignore the wording about Activesync.

Alright guys, I need help. This is what I get for not paying attention I guess. I had a mogul that was on Sprints OEM 3.35 rom. I was trying to downgrade to a lower version rom so I unlocked it using the 1.20 unlocker and flashed it using a 2.17 custom rom. Not a good idea!!!! When I turned it on, it would get stuck at the HTC splash screen before even displaying the red letters with radio version and all. I put the phone in bootloader (1.20.Olipro) and tried flashing the OEM 2.17 rom. Now the phone says "No radio" and gets stuck at the Windows Mobile screen. I dont have a card reader so I cant try using the nbh file using the storage card, Is there any other way to flash a radio on the phone or am I going to have to make the investment and buy one??

why did you try to downgrade? Put the phone in bootload by pressing the power camera and using the stylus to soft reset all the same time then load the sprint oem 3.35 and be done with it unless you wan to put a 3.xxxx custom rom on it

I downgraded cuz I dont like the lag in the 3.35 rom. Ive tried loading the 3.35 rom but cant since Im stuck with the 1.20 bootloader not 2.40. Ive tried the 2.17 stock rom and the 2.16 os rom and both flash just fine but the same thing happens, they freeze at the Windows Mobile screen and at startup it says the rom version and "No Radio" Ive tried flashing the 1.40 radio to the phone and it flashed just fine but when the phone booted up it still says "No Radio" What else should I try? Im pretty sure Im not bricked cuz I can still run the bootloader, its just this dang no radio thats killing me.
