Nex having issues keeping a ring tone of my choice. It defaults back to the standard. Any way to keep it from going to standard default or adding new ringtones?

I have been playing around the hardest thing is designing it, you literally start from scratch so thinking what will be useful is hard when there are so many options. Hopefully it wont eat ram alive will test out some layout tonight and tomorrow and post some screen shots and results.

On a side note not sure if this has been discussed, but anyone having notification errors, mine aren't clearing. I know there is a prog for this included but it is not clearing them till i soft reset... anyone else?

I know everyone needs help in most areas when they are new to customizing there devices, but the nOObs need to do some reading in other threads before flooding this one with generic questions like this. If you read the first page this is a custom rom with an iphone based theme, this requires you to "prepare" you 6800 for cooked roms (unlocking from the carrier rom only). Please like the previous poster said use the stickies and search a little, if you new reading and learning needs to be expected.

They don't do this in any other cooked rom thread because the iphone really peaked their curiosity and they finally see that it'll be finally worth loading a custom ROM.

Nex you're getting more converts!

Re: iPhone your Titan....

not to bash the noobs, but please don't think this will really be that close to an iphone. It can look like it, but if you're looking for an out of the box solution with no tweaking involved, buy an iphone and be done. Iphone will never be as capable as windows mobile, and windows mobile will never be as stable as iphone. They are mutually exclusive, so pick your poison. If you are not willing to search, iphone is for you. If you are willing to do the homework and reflash over and over again because this is a hobby, then you're good to go, and please share your experiences.

That said, nexvision I thank you for your ingenuity and for giving us something else to play with!

Re: iPhone your Titan....

Nex/Formula, have you had issues trying to change your ringtone? I try and it defaults back to the original default standard ringer. Also Voice command is not working properly with phone calls, do I need to have all boxes checked? Calendar, Contacts, etc...
