Hmm. Probably 30 or more times including going from WM5 to WM6 and now to WM6.1. I flashed eight or so times yesterday just cooking up different ROMs and am about to go again.

I really don't think you could have met the limit on how many writes your memory can take, but if so, I hope you carry insurance on your phone.

Happy flashing,

D

I have flashed my Verizon XV6800 .. oh .. 9 times just in the last 6 hrs trying to get rid of that darn SPCS v3.35. I made it through. Over all I would say about 30 times or so just to get it nearly perfect for what I want to use it for.

Re: How many times.....

I flashed my 6700 probably 10 times before I sold it. I've flashed my 6800, gosh... 7 or 8 DCD ROMS, 10 N2C ROMs, Sprint 3.35 ROM... so I guess about 20 times in 6 months!

I'm still waiting for the dream ROM... you know, the one that everyone is waiting for... the ROM that will put all others to shame.

..still waiting. (N2C is close!)

Re: How many times.....

For my Mogul I would say only about five times. Then again I don't think that I have had it more than 45 days yet. The Touch I had before it... probably a dozen times. Then five to six more flashes for the other people in my office that had a Touch and wanted what I had. My 6700 and Treo 700wx... God only knows...

Re: How many times.....

I would have to say I've flashed my Titan so many times I've become an addict. Actually had to take my old one in to get a replacement and sat in their parking lot and Flashed the new one :( I really think I need rehab or something. I know in the last 3 months I've flashed well over 100 times. Not because it wont work right but because I keep thinking of different things I want to try. My wife and kids have disowned my poor lil phone. They say it's become a nucense in our house. :( I think they are right.....I use to have a Treo 700w and messed some but there wasnt alot that could be done with it. Then I discovered crack (Titan) and ahhhh ya you know the rest.
