It sounds like you get as caught up in trying to understand all of this as much as I do. I have pulled a few near all-nighters in the last week researching this stuff and flashing my Mogul numerous times trying to figure out just what I like and don't like. I appreciate that you posted the information you found, thanks. It confirms for me what I pieced together from little bits in various other threads on how it works.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. I agree that searching doesn't alway produce the results you want, and although you may get chastised and told to search next time (on message boards they just assume you didn't) for asking a question that someone may have answered previously, someone else will usually take pity and answer your question for you or point you to the thread with the answer. :)

No problem! I hate it when people post "Fixed it" or "got it thanks" and nothing else. Makes me growl. Now when someone else searches hopefully they'll have an answer. I honestly have been kind of wary of posting questions like I did with my 6700. I posted all sorts of stuff all the time, and just learned as they answered and helped. But here, for some reason it's like a not-so-okay enviro to do that. Post beginner questions I mean. I'll brave it if I need to and search comes up with NOTHING. I have two that I really want to ask, I really need instructions on, but every one else seems to already know how to do it, so I don't want to ask as I'll probably be told not to start a useless thread that's been answered else where.

Ladysaat - Go ahead and either ask away here, or PM me and I'll help all I can..... Whether some around here understand it or not, asking questions is how people learn.

Try the help threads stickied at the top, and the usual suspects wrote up some FAQs on PPCkitchen.org about various parts of upgrading that get routinely asked.
