Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)

When I open the 5059 selection, it fails to find wifirouter module and then lists a whole bunch of stuff it can't find. Has anyone else had this? There are 2 seperate 5059 basekits, how do I know which one is the correct one?

Not really a complaint but why did you guys choose to use authentication with the kitchen? From reading the instructions you can either use your ppcgeeks account or any other random account information to open the app. Why bother with any login/pass if it really isn't needed? Makes me wonder if/why you are collecting this information.

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)

First off thanks to everybody who was involved in this!

I'm having issues running the updater.

My system is XP64-bit, just installed .net 2.0 64 to be able to get BuildOS to run. If I run just the updater it comes up with: "C:\BuildOS\Updater\updater.exe The parameter is incorrect."

When launching BuildOS it also tells me basically the same thing, "Failed to start updater.exe the parameter is incorrect".

When trying to launch updater.exe from the command line it tells me that the system cannot exeute the specified program.

Anyone else seeing this problem or is it just me?

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)

Just wanted to update my issues from last night. I called vzw this am, got an akey, and life is good. I installed 5054 (first kitchen rom on 6800 for me) - got the gps to work (thanks NexVision!), and now phone is working again. Hmm....now, should I go ahead and do 5059 before I re-install all my med programs...what to do, what to do...
Just to echo the other comments - you guys ROCK!

Where did you find this file? I searched my whole harddrive but can't find it...
Sorry, found it. Should have checked the log, lol.
Here it is:

I think they do it so they can steal our identities.
but seriously, believe it just makes it easier to identify who they are helping by knowing our forum nics- then if you go into chat, they already know who you are.

Just tried on my laptop, which is straight XP (no 64bit stuff) and the updater runs just fine. So I assume that it must be something to do with not liking a 64bit OS perhaps?

Is this UC Compatible? I like the ability to hard reset and have the stuff auto-load.

Is anyone else having trouble when trying to run NBHgen? It fails with error "Failed to start tools\nbhgen.exe The directory name is invalid" I confirmed the file is there. I did a search and havent anything else about it.
