Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)
First I wanted to start by thanking everyone for putting this together!
However I am getting an error, I select what I need in the kitchen(telus), build it, then it says its complete and runs the romupgrade utility, however it fails right away. with this error "unable to find .../kitchen/readme.no2chem.txt" and closes. I did everything , I flashed the stock sprint rom after the olipro, didnt let it boot... and its still not working. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! |

I can't wait to start playing with this. How would I use this in conjunction with no2chem's latest basekits?

well.. all future basekits, including 5059 are supposed to be "drop in" compatible with buildos.

The next question is about all of the OEMs I see listed in the Kitchen currently. Am I to assume that if I leave something unchecked, even if it would normally have been included in your ROM, that it will definitely NOT be installed? For instance, I see each of the Office applications in the list. Normally they're included in your ROMs. My inclination would be that I need to check them off since I'm essentially BUILDING my own ROM based off of your work, but is that correct? There's just a bunch of different apps that I'm used to with your ROMs and want to make sure I get everything you've taken the time to put in, in addition to whatever changes I want made. Thanks again, everyone. This looks fantastic. |

If it's not checked it will not be installed..

Re: Titan Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)
OK...now I love my 6800. I just replaced my 6700, and was really missing it...until NOW!
I did the 2.4 unlocker, ran the sprint rom (I'm on verizon) and then flashed from the kitchen. My only problem...is that I cannot get gps to find a satellite. I've tried google maps, live search, and gps today...and none of them get ANY satellites. They seem to be acting as though they're getting something from gps...just no sats. Any suggestions?! I don't want to go buy a gps program if something isn't working here. |
