Then freezes, a quick soft rest puts everything the way it should though... Just wondering if I'm missing out on some other customizing since it stops there.

thank you!!!

This is a remnant from your Extended Rom. You do not need to let the customizations run.

ok thanks, is there a way I can keep it from running?
Better yet, can I delete everything in the extended rom? and use it for storage?

Figured it out.

I am building and it seems to be stuck at "Running G-Reloc".

Is this normal?

With activesync, it goes to the % bar and stays blank for a bit. Then it stops and gives me a connection error. It didn't do this with the htc 3.5. I even tried the 2.4 unlocker and same thing. I tried the TITAIMG.nbh on on the sdcard thing and BL and it just stays on the loading..... screen but nothing happens.
