I am looking for a stable clean running ROM can someone point me in the right direction

DCDs is the cleanest IMO..I think they can be found here, if not, certainly on XDA.

Depends on what you mean by "clean". Both DCD and no2chem ROMs have a few additions and a few subtractions. Look at both and then decide which works best for you.
