Updating to 3.35.651.2 freezes at 11%

Anyone having this problem or find a work around for it yet?
Using Vista ultimate, and the phone gets to 11% and I hear the disconnect / connect noise and it just stays at 11 % on the computer and the phone goes from the progress bar to the tri color bars.

I believe this is because the boot loader you have is not the 2.40 version, but the older version. I had to reflash the old Sprint ROM (2.17), upgrade the boot loader to the 2.40 version, then install the new Sprint ROM. You can probably do a search for '11%' and find similar posts here as well.

After trying a whole LIT of differenting things with no success, I took it to the Sprint store and got a shiny new one for free.

You need to relock the bootloader and then you will be able to flash the 3.35 ROM.

this is a great guide for upgrading and flashing roms, read throughly and you'll be ok. Of course you may still be having an issue because of vista.

I had this same problem, it would freeze at 11% and I would have to wait about 15 mins for it to continue. Then once it got to 100% it would automatically soft reset every 5 secs because of the older bootloader. So you definitely want to update the bootloader to 2.4 then re-flash.

when u get it into bootloader 2.40 dont bother getting it out it will update fine without getting out of it.

Hey guys...
For some reason, I cannot update the bootloader from 1.20.Olipro.
Hard SPL MFG won't do it, And I can only run 2.17, not 3.35. I have been going around in circles, locking, unlocking, ect. It's been 2 days and can't use my phone with anything other than 2.17. Any ideas why 1.20 is stuck?
