PRI Version Discrepancy

So finally HTC's website shows update, although i got it from this forum.
My question is on the HTC Site it shows a PRI of 2.00.003, mines running the 1.33_003 version. Did this happen to other people, anyway of getting this updated as well? I do have allot of missed calls, and am running at SlotCycle 0?
