with 3.35 official rom, phone takes longer to get phone signal

Anyone notice this?

After a soft-reset, phone takes several minutes to pick up a phone signal to make or receive phone calls, with 2.17 rom, my phone picked up signal in a few seconds.

I noticed this wen t away after a few soft resets myself

this was one of the first things I noticed also. this is a big issue in my opinion considering the amount of soft resets that take place

i also made a thread on xda-developers that got a decent amount of attention

Someone yesterday claimed that they called Sprint to complain, they went to the process of reprogramming the phone and they fixed it. Hope that helps, sounds like a PRL/MSL/etc issue

Well after the first few soft resets it was doing it to me also but it just stopped all of a sudden. So now everytime I rest the phone, I have a signal right away.

Try this:

##3282# --> Edit --> Enter your MSL --> Menu --> Restore --> OK
