AutoInstall Program (w/ Silent cab install)

I will have to find that again, as I found out that almost everything on my card has to be reinstalled after each hard reset or rom change. I was hoping that all I needed was the shortcuts.

Anyone ever find a way to do this? I tried that WinCE cab manager program (the 30 day trial version) and I have no idea what I need to do to change the install directory so that things will install to the storage card.
