Rev A Nashville Area???

I tried a little with the 3.16 version, and I could not get Rev A speeds in the Nashville area. I tried in several spots too.

Although according to the maps I saw, Rev A should cover the Nashville area. I think I read that not all places were active. Anyone who has this phone tell me if Rev A is possible in Nashville?
