So there's noway for me to go back to the 2.06 SLP? Will running the 3.35 ROM from Sprint put the SLP back?

No, the 2.40 Olipro has write protection, preventing it from being overwritten

Just flash back to 3.35 official rom and i doubt they will even notice the diff bootloader

I wish I had known before unlocking my phone. Now if I take my phone in for anything software related, I'm screwed. With all the amazing programs I've seen on this site, I'm suprised they don't have a re-locker to go back to the 2.06 SLP. I wonder if anybody is working on making one.

They have one. I have used it to go back and fourth between Colonel's and the official sprint release. Look around and you will find it.
