On Demand not downloading update?

I upgraded to 3.16 and then ran the On Demand install. When it gets to page one and I hit the update button, it says it has connected and shows a progress bar. However, the progress bar stays completly empty. I've waited for over 10 mins for it to start and Nada. I can got to websites in IE, so I am connected to Vision and such.

I hadn't tried this before loading 3.16, so I don't know if its the ROM causing the problem or On Demand.

Anyone run into this or has a solution. I called Sprint Tech Support, but we didn't really get past rebooting the phone before she said she would put in a report for the next support level.

I also get this far and the progress bar doesn't load. Anyone have thoughts? Or have a tested cab that can be installed on 3.16 ROM (I'm on noChem's) and installs and runs for onDemand?
