You have been getting a hard time from people here because you do not seem to know why you installed the hard-SPL. It is only useful if you plan to flash (that means install) an upgraded ROM (basically a new operating system). The procedure should work from that point with your phone on the multi-color bootloader screen and connected to your PC with the usb cable.

When that completes successfully, you will have the Sprint OEM pre-release 3.16 ROM and the 3.27 radio to go with your 2.40 hard-SPL, and should be able to boot up.
