Help? I am stuck at the VZW splash screen after a flash

I followed the walkthroughs, did the flash for dcd's rom for my phone, it said it loaded fine, when the phone reboots its stuck in the white backround wiht the verizon logo on the screen?

What do i do? sorry i am new, i read like 4 threads on this still don't know what to do.
